Active & Gentle Classes

  • Designed for everyone looking to workout at their own pace following their doctor’s recommendations.
  • You are either new to exercise or restarting after being inactive for long periods of time.
  • Classes can be taken from a chair or wheelchair.
  • Everyone’s welcome in these gentle-paced classes that will allow you to regain your strength and unlock your full potential.

Strength Training Classes

Stretch & Relax Classes

All classes are dedicated to Functional Training in order to assist in injury prevention. Each class participant shall be mindful and responsible to provide support and awareness to their own body alignment for a safe and successful training. These classes are not meant to be taken as a replacement for physical therapy and/or in order to correct or fix any physical injuries or related medical problems or diseases you might be experiencing. Physical activity is always recommended as a preventative measure for overall health and well-being. As an active individual, you might perceive some improvements in your overall physical and mental self that can lead to a greater sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in the performance of your daily life activities.
